After practicing law, Fabian Waldner has now provided wealth management services for close to two decades. He brings a diverse background to Eiger Wealth Management where he provides investment advisory services, oversees and coordinates clients' financial affairs, analyzes private investments, and serves as the Chief Compliance Officer. He holds a JD (cum laude) and a BA (cum laude) in International Law and Diplomacy from Brigham Young University.  He is licensed to practice law in North Carolina. Fabian also holds a license as a uniform investment adviser representative (NASD Series 65).

 

A Swiss native, Fabian served with the Swiss Bankers Association, UBS, and other Swiss institutions in Basel before practicing law in the United States. His legal practice encompassed family law, estate planning, business law, real estate law, bankruptcy, and general litigation.   

 

Fabian is a member of the Mountain Shadows Foundation Board of Directors and has served on the San Diego Foundation Professional Advisor Council, the BYU Management Society San Diego Chapter Board, the J. Reuben Clark Law Society San Diego Chapter Board, and the Advisory Team of the Center for Wealth and Legacy Studies. Other memberships include the North County Estate Planning Council-San Diego and the North Carolina State Bar. He is an inactive member of the Swiss military elite special forces known as the Grenadiers. His language fluencies include German, French and Latin. He is an active volunteer in his church and resides in San Diego with his wife and their five children.
